Returns
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refund approval requires verification of the damaged or defective product.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products returned due to personal preference
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Late returns (beyond 2 days of delivery)
